These terms govern your use of jhypforge.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

JhypForge is currently trading as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. [TODO: replace with registered company name, number, and address once JhypForge Ltd is incorporated.]

Products

Each piece is small-batch, 3D printed in resin, and finished by hand. As handmade items, minor natural variation between individual pieces (slight differences in texture, finish, or exact dimensions) is normal and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but screen display and lighting can affect how colors and finishes appear.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed — you'll receive a confirmation email at that point. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in the case of a pricing error or stock issue), in which case you'll be notified and fully refunded.

Intellectual property

The current product line is inspired by and made in tribute to existing fictional universes, created as independent fan work. All designs, branding, and content on this site not otherwise attributed are the property of JhypForge. Products are sold as collectible fan art; no affiliation with or endorsement by any original rights holder is claimed or implied.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
